ok, just based on the tittle you'll know that this Ile Flottante that I baked didn't turn out as I imagined

huhu

MISTAKES :

1) I over-baked that white eggs

2) too much sugar for the creme and it looks like custard to me

I got the urge and the desire to bake it from THIS blog

it turns out ok and amazing for her but not for me
